Red eyes, foreign body sensation and blurriness are mainly seen in the following diseases: 1. conjunctivitis, which can be accompanied by more intraocular discharge, and can be treated symptomatically with local antibiotic drops or eye ointment. If the discharge is very large, the foreign body should be scrubbed clean with a sterile cotton swab dipped in saline before applying local medication; 2. impingement, which can be removed directly or by electrolysis of the hair follicle for mild impingement, or corrective surgery for severe impingement; 3. intraocular foreign body, which can be traumatized by an intraocular foreign body, requires a visit to the hospital so that the doctor can carefully examine the foreign body under a slit lamp to remove it, and then treat it symptomatically with local antibiotic drops or eye ointment.
